Will they be able to achieve this lofty goal? Well, that’s precisely what we’re aiming to find out, in our comprehensive BazingaBet review! To do so, we’ll be analysing the promotions, payment methods, customer service, and plenty more that’s on offer. Let’s get to it!
BazingaBet’s name and logo are already both pretty eye-catching. Those alone, though, probably won’t be enough to persuade anyone to sign up! To achieve that vital task, having a high quality welcome offer is imperative.
BazingaBet do indeed have a sign up offer in place, which is called ‘Bet £10 & Get a £20 Free Bet’. For betting rookies and veterans alike, that would appear to be a pretty intriguing proposition. As ever, though, the devil lies in the detail.
Before we drill down into the nuts and bolts of this offer, however, let’s look at exactly how you go about using it:

Clearly, when you look more closely at this welcome offer, it’s nowhere near as appealing as it first seems.
At a basic level, you’re admittedly not being asked to risk too much here. There aren’t even any minimum odds or market restrictions on that £10 qualifying bet, meaning you’ve got every chance of turning an immediate profit with that. While the initial odds of 1/2 are fair, the 10x rollover requirement is frankly ridiculous.
In an ideal world, a bookie will hook people in with a killer welcome offer, then give them a steady diet of useful ongoing promotions to keep them around. In the case of BazingaBet, the welcome offer is far from ‘ideal’… and unfortunately, the ongoing promotions aren’t really good enough to pick up the slack.
To see exactly what we mean, let’s take a closer look at a few of those deals.
Let’s start off on a positive note, with – by far – the best ongoing promotion BazingaBet have to offer. Sports League is innovative, straightforward… and just plain fun.
It’s effectively one massive leaderboard, which any BazingaBet user can join. Doing so is easy, simply requiring a deposit of at least £10 – using the promo code ‘BOOST’ – and betting at least £25 within a given month. With these requirements completed, your profits will then be judged against all other eligible users. The top five winners that month will each receive a prize, starting at £50 for 5th place, and shooting all the way up to £150 for the top dog.
We love both the idea and execution of this offer. It’s disappointing and downright weird, therefore, that the rest of BazingaBet’s promotions are so unimaginative.
BazingaBet usually have several sport-specific promotions running at a given time, with the NFL version being indicative of all those other ones. In this case, you must make a deposit of £10 or more using the code ‘NFL’, then bet at least £25 on NFL games. By doing so, you’ll unlock a £10 free bet, which can be used at odds of 1/2 or higher on any sports market.
Unfortunately, while that does sound pretty enticing, it’s subject to the same major drawback as the welcome offer. Namely, some pretty ridiculous rollover requirements. Once more, you must bet through any free bet winnings a whopping 10x before you can actually withdraw them, although at least – in this case – you’re given 30 days in which to do them.
The BazingaBet promotions page certainly looks busy. Yet again, though, looking below this shiny surface soon reveals an unappealing reality. Technically, there are 18 other deals (at the time of writing) filling out this section. These vary nicely between longer-term offers, and shorter-term ‘specials’ for specific competitions, football transfers, and so on.
Don’t be fooled by this apparent variety. Mechanically, they’re all almost identical. Each one asks you to deposit a certain amount using a code, bet a certain amount, unlock a welcome offer, and bet through those winnings 10 times. So, if that single form of offer doesn’t appeal… there really won’t be much – if anything – for you here.
As noted in our introduction, the already-crowded marketplace for sportsbooks is only becoming more competitive with time. To keep up as a new bookie, you’d better execute your fundamentals properly, with one of the most important being to provide users with a broad range of betting markets.
BazingaBet might not have excelled in the first two sections of our review. In this one, though, we’re delighted to say that they’ve nailed it. Their selection of betting markets is extremely impressive, and genuinely matches up with what you’d find at some of the biggest betting sites around.
As you’d expect, that selection is headlined by the big-hitters. Football sits atop the list of markets on BazingaBet’s website, and also houses the most individual betting markets. Given the beautiful game’s dominance in online betting, you can’t really blame BazingaBet for that. But, to their credit, they also take care to give all the other major sports their due.
The sections for tennis, cricket, rugby, motorsports, and other major markets are all impressive in their own rights. Added to that, though, you’ll find an excellent selection of American sports markets, plus a horse racing section which – while it can’t compete with that of a premium bookie – still just about gets the job done. On top of all that, you’ll also find a pleasing array of eSports markets, and the likes of darts, snooker, and boxing are shown some love too.
There’s some debate as to which is the bigger betting market overall between football and horse racing, when the latter’s enormous in-person revenues from its festivals are factored in. In terms of purely online betting, though, football stands head and shoulders above the rest.
It’s no surprise, therefore, that – when it comes to the sheer number of betting markets – BazingaBet have chosen to make football their number one priority. We’re pleased to say, too, that they’ve made an incredible success of it.
The range of football betting markets here is simply faultless. Every competition you could realistically expect to find on a sportsbook is indeed included, and available to bet on. Obviously that includes the most prestigious continental contests – the Champions League, Europa League, and so on – but it also encompasses a stunning amount of depth. Domestically, everything from the top flight down through the lower leagues is included for many major footballing nations. There are also plenty of markets for both youth and women’s football, both of which are becoming increasingly popular to bet on.
Only a little less important than what you can bet on, of course, is how you can bet on it. BazingaBet have got you covered here too, with a variety of bet types which – once again – is truly excellent. Here are just a few of the many wagers you can place:
You’re also given plenty of pre-made multiples options, and the freedom to create your own multiples easily enough too. Add in a whole other range of outright markets on top of that – which are available on the biggest international and domestic competitions – and, overall, there’s really nothing more you could ask for here!
As noted, horse racing definitely forms the second part of a ‘big two’ when it comes to the popularity of sports betting markets. Unfortunately, though, the selection here is nowhere near as impressive as that for football.
There’s no British and Irish racing whatsoever to bet on here. In fact, you literally only have one country’s races to bet on: the USA. That still does encompass a decent selection of racecourses, and technically affords you dozens of betting opportunities each day. Compared to just about any major modern sportsbook, though, this selection is wholly unimpressive.
After that aforementioned ‘big two’, tennis may well be the next-biggest betting market, particularly for British punters. BazingaBet have certainly shown it plenty of respect, with a packed-out section featuring tennis markets from all around the world.
While the slams – such as Wimbledon and the US Open – are obvious inclusions, BazingaBet also do a good job of representing men’s and women’s tour events too. You can get pleasingly specific with your wagers here too, betting not only on the match winners, but on the likes of set winners, and even over/unders for the number of games that will be played in each set.
It seems self-evident that a bookie would want to appeal to as many bettors as possible, and BazingaBet have tried their hardest to do exactly that. In addition to the ones we’ve looked at, many other major sports have been shown ample attention here. Rugby, golf, cricket, boxing, and motorsports all come with plenty of depth to their markets, as do popular American leagues like the NFL, NBA, and MLB.
The likes of darts and snooker might not be as flashy as those aforementioned sports, but still present plenty of betting opportunities here. Elsewhere, we were particularly impressed with BazingaBet’s eSports markets. These cover just about all of the biggest games to bet on, including CS:GO, Dota 2, and LoL.
We live in an ‘on demand’ age nowadays, which – unsurprisingly – has factored into the sports betting scene too. As such, in-play betting has become incredibly important. While BazingaBet’s live markets aren’t quite as exceptional as their in-play ones, they’re still very good indeed.
Again, football leads the way here in terms of sheer volume. Just about all the other sports with pre-match markets, though, feature live markets too. The sections for tennis and basketball are particularly strong, but rugby, golf, cricket, and so on are also well-represented.
In most of the areas we’ve evaluated throughout this review, BazingaBet are competitive with what you’d find at a much bigger, older sportsbook. In terms of mobile betting options, though, they certainly aren’t… and, bizarrely, it doesn’t even seem like they’re trying to compete.
For starters, they haven’t bothered to provide any mobile app whatsoever. We understand that they only launched recently, of course, but – realistically – it isn’t that hard to get a mobile betting app developed nowadays. This is something which clearly should have been taken care of before the launch, and we’d hope to see this absence corrected in the near future.
Either way, without an app, the mobile website is your only option for betting on the go. Once again, it seems like BazingaBet have barely bothered here. Technically, you can carry out all the basics, whether they be managing your account, depositing and withdrawing funds, or placing bets. The optimisation, though, lags far behind what we’ve come to expect in this day and age, with the interface being awkward, and the appearance bordering on unprofessional.
We touched on this earlier, but it bears repeating. Perhaps the best thing about the constant influx of new sportsbooks is that it’s raised the level of competition. It’s forced all bookies – existing and new – to up their games, and innovate. Special features are one of the main areas in which we’ve seen this happen.
Unfortunately, in this respect at least, BazingaBet simply aren’t competitive with the biggest bookies out there. At any given premium sportsbook, you’d expect to find bet builders and some live streaming, at the absolute minimum. BazingaBet have neither. Others provide their own informed betting tips, let you filter down thousands of options with a bet finder, or offer virtual sports to keep you going when no actual sports are on. BazingaBet have none of these.
In fact, the live betting tools are just about the only real ‘features’ which BazingaBet can offer. To be fair, these do actually work extremely well. In our experience, both the in-play betting and cash out tools worked extremely well, and should allow you to react quickly to whatever’s happening in the game.
Aside from those, however, there’s little to capture your imagination on this platform. The extent to which you actually care about this, of course, is entirely down to you!
We’ve identified several areas in which BazingaBet are at least a match for the traditional big bookies. While this isn’t quite one of them, the banking options here are still highly respectable.
For starters, Visa, Mastercard and PayPal are all valid deposit methods. Backing these up are Paysafecard, Payviaphone, MuchBetter, ecoPayz, and Trustly (which allows bank transfers). All deposits are processed instantly, and the minimum amount is either £10 or £20, depending on the method.
While your options are generally the same when taking money out – minus Paysafecard – there are a couple of issues. For one, withdrawals are downright slow, mostly thanks to a mandatory three day ‘pending’ period. Worse than that, however, is the highly annoying £2.50 fee which is imposed on all withdrawals.
For a long time, bookie’s sign up processes were drawn-out, irritating affairs. There’s been a big shift towards making them quicker and easier in recent years, though, and we were pleased to find that BazingaBet fit into this trend perfectly. Their straightforward sign up process is split into three clear stages, and requires only a few minutes of your time to complete.
You kick things off by clicking the ‘Join Now’ button in the top-right, which takes you to the first page. Here you simply need to provide an email address and phone number, then create a password, before hitting ‘Submit’. Doing so takes you to the next stage, at which you must hand over some more details. Your name, home address, and date of birth are all required here, as – strangely – is your occupation. You can also set your marketing preferences and preferred currency, if you like, before agreeing to the T’s & C’s and pressing ‘Submit’ again.
The third and final stage simply involves activating your account. To do so, just copy the code – which will have been sent to you by both email and text message – back into the appropriate field on BazingaBet’s website. Now hit ‘Submit’ once last time… and you’re done!
Like signing up with a bookie in the first place, verifying your ID with them is a bit of a pain. Unfortunately, though, both are simply things which need to be done!
With BazingaBet, at least, confirming your ID is an extremely straightforward process. Once again, everything is laid out extremely clearly, and it shouldn’t take more than a couple of minutes to finish up.

Ultimately, a sportsbook’s layout only has to achieve one main goal. It must facilitate the quick and easy placement of bets by its users. In this respect, BazingaBet have definitely succeeded.
To be frank, this is not a very attractive-looking website. From the uninspiring font and graphics, to the unimaginative black and red colour scheme, it’s pretty clear that looks were not the priority for BazingaBet when creating their platform.
Far more important, of course, is how the interface actually feels to use, and this one really does handle brilliantly. Within mere seconds of logging on, you’ll have worked out where just about everything is. BazingaBet clearly display the most important sections along an ever-present top menu, whether that be Cashier, My Account, or the speech bubble icon to indicate customer support. Other noteworthy areas – including the site’s full T’s & C’s – are accessible via another large menu along the bottom.
As for the actual betting area, it could hardly be more intuitive. The full list of sports is clearly laid out in one big menu, with that sport’s eligible competitions listed in dropdown menus below that. Subsequently delving into the matchups you can bet on – with their individual bet types and odds – is equally easy to do.
Overall, even if it doesn’t look spectacular, we found BazingaBet’s layout to be pretty much faultless.
Here we find another area in which – while not quite up there with the biggest bookies around – BazingaBet still give a very good account of themselves. Phone support is the only major absence here, but you can still get in touch directly via live chat – available 08:00 – 00:00 Monday to Friday – or email.
The indirect support is much less impressive. There are a couple of individual pages which explain deposits and withdrawals well, accessible via the bottom menu. The FAQ section is almost useless, though, being targeted almost exclusively towards the casino half of the website.
BazingaBet are an almost entirely new sports betting operation, having only launched in 2020. As such, they obviously haven’t got much of a track record!
Don’t let this put you off, though. They’ve still managed to secure licenses with both the UK Gambling Commission and Malta Gaming Authority, both of which will hold them to strict industry standards. Their operating company – ProgressPlay – are also highly experienced in creating online gambling sites, which should bode well for BazingaBet’s future.
We kicked this review off by wondering if BazingaBet had a chance to rise above the immense crowd of sportsbooks, and become genuinely competitive with the older, established sportsbooks. In seeking the answer, we were generally very impressed with what we found. Overall, while they can’t quite match the biggest bookies yet in several important areas, they may well possess the potential to do so.
The foundations are certainly there. A highly intuitive interface is already in place, as is an excellent range of betting markets. Areas like customer support and payment options need a little tweaking to reach the top level, but these could be made easily enough. There are certainly some more glaring weaknesses, such as the lack of variety in ongoing promotions, and the general lack of care that’s been shown to the mobile features. Again, though, these aren’t particularly difficult things to fix.
When BazingaBet commit to eliminating their flaws, they may well prove to be a real contender in the upper echelons of the sports betting scene. Even as currently constituted, though, there’s more than enough here for us to recommend giving the welcome offer a shot, and taking things from there.
